Role Overview

In this role, you will excel in providing outstanding guest services as a key member of our Housekeeping team. Your goal is to ensure guest satisfaction by creating a welcoming, home-away-from-home atmosphere. From the moment guests enter their rooms, you will ensure they experience comfort and relief.

Essential Job Functions

1. Provide exceptional service by promptly addressing guest requests with genuine engagement and thoughtfulness.
2. Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly returning lost items or belongings left behind.
3. Prepare cleaning carts with all necessary supplies for efficient room cleaning.
4. Maintain cleanliness by dusting, disposing of trash, cleaning bathrooms, and refreshing linens and towels.
5. Report supply levels and equipment issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.

Physical Demands

• Lift and carry loads up to 50 lbs.
• Push and pull wheeled carts weighing 50-100 lbs.
• Extend arms overhead, scrub, bend, and stoop for extended periods, including working in confined spaces.
• Meet cleaning targets, including thoroughly cleaning at least 13 rooms daily.

Qualifications

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

Previous Housekeeping Room Attendant experience preferred.
