The Hampton Inn Kernersville is now hiring Room Attendants to join our team!

This is a 1st shift position available 7 days a week, including weekends. The pay rate is $15.00 per hour, with benefits such as a quarterly bonus, paid time off, 401k with employer match, and an option for daily pay through DailyPay.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent guest service in a courteous, professional manner following company standards.
• Ensuring cleanliness of guest rooms and proper organization of supplies.

Pre-requisites:

• Honesty and trustworthiness, with the ability to pass security clearance.
• Experience in similar roles is helpful but not mandatory.

Physical and language requirements:

• Ability to push/pull 60 pounds, lift/carry 30 pounds, stand for long hours, and see/hear clearly.
• English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.

Skills and abilities:

• Maintain efficiency in cleaning, respect guest privacy, and follow systematic procedures.
• Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating professionalism and service orientation.

Additional responsibilities:

• Clean guest rooms promptly, maintain appearance standards, and ensure safety and security.
• Respond to guest requests and assist in maintaining hotel cleanliness in all areas.

Working conditions:

Standing and walking for long periods, flexible schedule including holidays and weekends, in a 24/7 operation.

Opportunities for advancement:
