Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to standards
2. Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels
3. Follow all safety and security procedures
4. Maintain knowledge of hotel property, services, and surroundings
5. Stock rooms with amenities
6. Report items left behind by guests
7. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively
• Teamplayer with a focus on exceeding guest expectations
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards
