Job Title: Guest Room Attendant
Reports to: Housekeeping Manager
To oversee and coordinate all third shift front desk operations and audit functions, complete all end of day computer requirements, and ensure all financial transactions for the day are verified and are in balance.
Be proactive in addressing guest concerns, approachable, and responsive. Anticipate needs of large or high-profile guests to deliver flawless service.
Foster mutual respect and effective communication within the team. Respond promptly to management and maintain professionalism.
