Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Miami is hiring for a Housekeeping role to maintain immaculate guest rooms in a luxury-hotel environment. You will clean, dust, sanitize, and service guest rooms to high standards, ensuring comfort and cleanliness.

The position requires day, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts, with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of housekeeping experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work all shifts.

The Opportunity

• Cleans a set number of rooms during a shift in a predetermined amount of minutes.
• Removes dirty towels and sheets and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet.
• Cleans, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure. Makes bed. Vacuums carpet and cleans marble and tile areas. Removes Rooms service trays, dishes and carts to service landings.
• Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens.
• Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant and House Attendant.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel.
• Reading and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Must be able to work all shifts including, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular bending to lift items and supplies.
