Job summary

North Point Hospitality Group, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented hotel Housekeeper to ensure guest rooms meet high cleanliness standards and maintain storeroom organization.

You will replenish supplies, remove waste and assist with repairs as needed, all while delivering gracious, timely service to guests and vendors. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of housekeeping experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a strong knowledge of cleaning products and practices.

What you’ll do (mostly this…other duties may be assigned):

• Ensures all guest rooms meet standards of room/suite cleanliness.


• Maintains shelf organization in the storerooms.


• Replenishes storeroom supplies.


• Removes trash and dirty linens from rooms/suites.


• Reports maintenance problems or completing work repair orders.


• Spot cleaning walls, carpets, light fixtures, etc.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years hotel housekeeping experience preferred


• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age


• Advanced knowledge of cleaning products and practices preferred


• Must be authorized to work in the United States


• Must be able to maintain timeliness and attendance


• Professionalism


• Ability to delight by anticipating guest needs and responding in a friendly, helpful manner


• Ability to display a consistently caring and respectful attitude


• Act as a gracious host to guests, vendors and candidates for employment
