Job summary

North Point Hospitality is hiring for Room Operations at the DoubleTree by Hilton Savannah Historic District. You will greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, handle billing, and protect guest information with professionalism.

The ideal candidate has 4-6 years in hospitality with at least 3 years in management, a friendly demeanor, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of related hospitality experience.
• 3+ years in a supervisory/management role.
• Strong interpersonal and guest-relations skills.
• Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes guests upon arrival.
• Manages guest check-in, check-out and billing processes.
• Handles sensitive guest information including room assignment and credit card/cash transactions.
• Responds to guest inquiries, ensuring that complaints or requests are handled timely and with sensitivity.
• Meets all in-service requirements, complies with all system policies and procedures.
• Creates and communicates staffing schedule; ensures proper staffing levels for each shift.
• Works with Front Desk Manager to train and develop Front Desk Team Associates.
• May respond to escalated guest complaints; provide counsel to Front Desk Agents on responding to customer needs/ complaints.

What you\'ll do (mostly this...other duties may be assigned):

The pay range for this role is: $18.50-$19.00 per hour.
