Job summary

Quorum Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and restock guest rooms, ensuring every space meets our high standards of cleanliness and comfort.

You will remove trash, restock linens, and maintain hallways and public areas in guest-ready condition, while delivering friendly, attentive service that makes guests feel at home.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting preferred.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling is a plus.
• Strong service orientation and attention to detail expected.

Responsibilities

• Clean and restock guest rooms per shift to meet high standards of comfort and cleanliness.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
• Notify supervisor of missing items or maintenance issues and ensure rooms are stocked for next guest.
• Maintain friendly, service-oriented attitude to welcome guests through room presentation.
• Stock cart with fresh supplies and linens before cleaning duties.
• Keep hallways and public areas neat and vacuumed for guest readiness.
• Follow procedures for handling lost and found items and return belongings to owners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Hourly Pa y: $26.00 Per Hour

Your Role:

As a Room Attendant, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that every guest finds their room in impeccable condition. Your role is crucial in making each guest's stay comfortable, clean, and memorable. Some of your responsibilities include:

• Clean and restock the required number of guest rooms each shift, making sure every room meets our high standards of comfort and cleanliness.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
• Notify your supervisor of any missing items or maintenance issues and ensure each room is fully stocked and in top condition for the next guest.
• Approach each task with a friendly, service-oriented attitude, ensuring guests feel valued and welcomed through the cleanliness and presentation of their rooms.
• Follow all pre-cleaning duties like stocking your cart with fresh supplies and linens.
• Keep hallways, public areas, and closets organized, neat, and vacuumed to make sure every corner of the hotel is guest-ready.
• Follow proper protocol for handling lost and found items, helping to return misplaced belongings to their owners.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of Housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting preferred.
