The Inn at the Pier, Curio Collection by Hilton in Pismo Beach seeks a Room Attendant to maintain immaculate guest rooms and public areas. You will restock supplies, uphold cleanliness, and present rooms to high standards, contributing to memorable stays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Clean and restock the required number of guest rooms each shift, ensuring high standards of comfort and cleanliness.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
• Notify supervisor of missing items or maintenance issues and ensure rooms are fully stocked for the next guest.
• Approach each task with a friendly, service‑oriented attitude and make guests feel welcome through cleanliness and presentation.
• Stock cart with fresh supplies and linens before starting each shift.
• Keep hallways and public areas neat and vacuumed to keep the hotel guest-ready.
• Follow proper protocol for handling lost and found items and assist in returning them to guests.

Hourly Pay: $17.00

Your Role:

As a Room Attendant, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that every guest finds their room in impeccable condition. Your role is crucial in making each guest's stay comfortable, clean, and memorable. Some of your responsibilities include:

• Clean and restock the required number of guest rooms each shift, making sure every room meets our high standards of comfort and cleanliness.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
• Notify your supervisor of any missing items or maintenance issues and ensure each room is fully stocked and in top condition for the next guest.
• Approach each task with a friendly, service-oriented attitude, ensuring guests feel valued and welcomed through the cleanliness and presentation of their rooms.
• Follow all pre-cleaning duties like stocking your cart with fresh supplies and linens.
• Keep hallways, public areas, and closets organized, neat, and vacuumed to make sure every corner of the hotel is guest-ready.
• Follow proper protocol for handling lost and found items, helping to return misplaced belongings to their owners.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of Housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
