Field Station Joshua Tree in Yucca Valley, CA is seeking a Room Attendant to keep guest rooms clean, welcoming, and well-stocked for every stay.

With 1+ year of housekeeping experience, a high school diploma is a plus, and knowledge of chemical handling, you will support the guest experience and hotel standards. Quorum Hospitality offers benefits and daily pay to eligible team members.

Responsibilities

• Clean and restock the required number of guest rooms each shift, ensuring high standards of comfort and cleanliness.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
• Notify your supervisor of any missing items or maintenance issues and ensure rooms are fully stocked for the next guest.
• Approach each task with a friendly, service-oriented attitude, making guests feel valued and welcomed.
• Stock your cart with fresh supplies and linens before starting duties.
• Keep hallways, public areas, and closets organized, neat, and vacuumed for guest readiness.
• Follow proper protocol for handling lost and found items and return belongings to owners.
• Other duties as assigned.

Hourly Pay: $19 - $19.50

Your Role:

As a Room Attendant, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that every guest finds their room in impeccable condition. Your role is crucial in making each guest's stay comfortable, clean, and memorable. Some of your responsibilities include:

• Clean and restock the required number of guest rooms each shift, making sure every room meets our high standards of comfort and cleanliness.

• Approach each task with a friendly, service-oriented attitude, ensuring guests feel valued and welcomed through the cleanliness and presentation of their rooms.
• Follow all pre-cleaning duties like stocking your cart with fresh supplies and linens.
• Keep hallways, public areas, and closets organized, neat, and vacuumed to make sure every corner of the hotel is guest-ready.
• Follow proper protocol for handling lost and found items, helping to return misplaced belongings to their owners.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of Housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
