Job summary

Quorum Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant for Home2 Suites Mesa Longbow in Mesa, AZ. You will maintain clean, well-stocked guest rooms, helping create a welcoming stay with attention to detail and a service-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, restocking supplies, reporting maintenance items, and ensuring suites meet high cleanliness standards. The role offers health benefits, paid time off, a 401(k) with company match, and travel discounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and restock the required number of guest rooms each shift, making sure every room meets our high standards of comfort and cleanliness.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
• Notify your supervisor of any missing items or maintenance issues and ensure each room is fully stocked and in top condition for the next guest.
• Approach each task with a friendly, service-oriented attitude, ensuring guests feel valued and welcomed through the cleanliness and presentation of their rooms.
• Follow all pre-cleaning duties like stocking your cart with fresh supplies and linens.
• Keep hallways, public areas, and closets organized, neat, and vacuumed to make sure every corner of the hotel is guest-ready.
• Follow proper protocol for handling lost and found items, helping to return misplaced belongings to their owners.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:
