Job summary

Courtyard Marriott Downtown El Paso is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel and Marriott standards. You will ensure guest comfort, restock supplies, report maintenance needs, and follow safety and cleanliness protocols.

Previous hotel experience is preferred, but training is available; reliability and ability to work independently or with a team are valued.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to Marriott and hotel standards.
• Make beds and replace bed linens, towels, and other guest supplies.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, floors, furniture, and other room areas.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop assigned guest rooms and areas.
• Restock amenities and supplies as needed.
• Inspect rooms to ensure they meet established cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly.
• Follow proper Lost & Found procedures.
• Maintain and properly use housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and chemical-handling procedures.
• Respect guest privacy and hotel property at all times.
• Respond courteously and professionally to guest requests.
• Complete assigned rooms efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
