Job summary

Courtyard Marriott Downtown El Paso is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to maintain clean, comfortable guest rooms and common areas to meet the hotel's standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Full-time role with opportunities to learn and grow within our hospitality team. You will follow safety and sanitation procedures, report maintenance issues, and provide friendly, professional service to guests.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred, but training is available.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel and Marriott standards.
• Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms.
• Restock guest room supplies as needed.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow proper procedures for lost and found items.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned housekeeping areas and equipment.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and chemical-handling procedures.
• Respond professionally to guest requests and concerns.
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Follow instructions from the Executive Housekeeper, Floor Supervisor, and Room Inspector.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
