Job summary

Courtyard Marriott Downtown El Paso is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to maintain guest rooms and assigned areas to meet the hotel's cleanliness, presentation, and guest-service standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and committed to providing an exceptional guest experience.

Previous housekeeping experience preferred; training available. This is a full-time, on-site role at El Paso Courtyard Downtown.

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel and Marriott standards.
• Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms.
• Restock guest room supplies as needed.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow proper procedures for lost and found items.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned housekeeping areas and equipment.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and chemical-handling procedures.
• Respond professionally to guest requests and concerns.
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Follow instructions from the Executive Housekeeper, Floor Supervisor, and Room Inspector.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
