Job summary

Courtyard Marriott Downtown El Paso is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to maintain guest rooms and assigned areas to Marriott standards. You will ensure clean, comfortable accommodations and respond to guest requests with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to Marriott standards.
• Make beds, change linens, replace towels and amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms.
• Restock guest room supplies as needed.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow proper procedures for lost and found items.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned housekeeping areas and equipment.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and chemical-handling procedures.
• Respond professionally to guest requests and concerns.
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Follow instructions from Executive Housekeeper, Floor Supervisor, and Room Inspector.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
