Job summary

Zelda Dearest is a boutique luxury hotel in downtown Asheville seeking reliable Housekeeping Room Attendants to maintain guest rooms and public areas to our high standards. You will clean, make beds, replace linens, replenish towels and amenities, and collaborate with Front Desk and Maintenance to prepare rooms for arrivals.

Prior hotel experience is welcomed but not required; ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work weekends/holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to the highest quality standards.
• Make beds, replace linens, and replenish towels and amenities.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces.
• Restock housekeeping carts and maintain organized supply areas.
• Report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Work closely with Front Desk and Maintenance teams to prepare rooms for arriving guests.
