You will measure, cut, and bolt structural framing and solar modules, interpret blueprints, and perform basic electrical checks as needed, with on-site teamwork and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Active and valid driver's license.
• Minimum roofing or construction experience preferred.
• Ability to work safely on rooftops and in extreme temperatures.
• Strong balance, coordination, and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and instructions.
• Good customer service and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Meet on the job site at the agreed arrival time.
• Interpret blueprints, structural, and electrical information for the assembly of Solar arrays.
• Ensure the safety of yourself, other team members, and the customer at all times.
• Transport, assemble, and install solar equipment on the job site with close attention to job quality and safety.
• Remove debris and discarded material from the job site.
• Other duties as assigned.
