Unlock Your Career Potential is seeking an entry-level Residential Roof Installer to assemble, install, and maintain solar PV systems on roofs and structures. You will interpret blueprints and schematics, follow safety protocols, and work on job sites with a focus on quality.

This role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift 50+ pounds, and comfort working outdoors on high-sloped surfaces in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Must have an active and valid driver's license.
• Roofing and/or Construction experience preferred.
• Ability to work on the roof in a physically demanding role.
• Excellent balance and eye-hand coordination.
• Strong safety mindset and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Meet on the job site at the agreed arrival time.
• Interpret blueprints, structural and electrical information for solar arrays.
• Ensure safety of yourself, team members, and customers at all times.
• Transport, assemble, and install solar equipment on site with focus on quality and safety.
• Remove debris and discarded material from the job site.
• Other duties as assigned.
