Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years fine-dining or upscale restaurant service experience in a high-volume setting.
• Must be fluent in English; strong wine knowledge and service skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, anticipatory table service from greeting to departure.
• Master full-service standards including menu knowledge and timing.
• Recommend wine and beverage pairings with clear descriptions.
• Enter orders accurately and manage checks using POS systems.
