Sage Restaurant Group is hiring a Rooftop Server for The Ben and Spruzzo in West Palm Beach. You will deliver warm, polished service on a high-energy rooftop, guiding guests from greeting to farewell with confidence and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service principles knowledge and restaurant operations understanding.
• Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tables under high pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, anticipatory table service from greeting to departure.
• Know menu, timing, courses, and wine/beverage pairings.
• Enter orders accurately and manage checks and payments with POS.
• Maintain clean stations and assist with side work and closing tasks.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, host, and management during peak times.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and ID verification protocols.
