Qualifications

• Prior restaurant, hotel, or food and beverage experience preferred.
• Must obtain required alcohol service certification (if applicable) within 30 days of hire.
• Excellent customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with professionalism and a warm welcome.
• Provide attentive food and beverage service in the rooftop area.
• Accurately enter orders into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to needs promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned service stations.
