Job summary

Atrium Hospitality in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Restaurant Server to provide guests with an excellent dining experience. You will greet guests, take orders, coordinate reservations, and ensure timely, courteous service.

Preferred candidates have 6 months of customer service or restaurant experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and familiarity with Micros POS systems. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring flexibility for days, mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of previous customer service, restaurant and/or cashier experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Food safety training/certification preferred or obtainable within 60 days of employment.
• Experience with Micros operating system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule dining reservations and arrange parties or special services.
• Greet guests, escort them to tables, provide menus and answer questions.
• Take orders, relay to kitchen, and serve food and beverages.
• Process phone orders and assist with guest payments.
• Ensure prompt and courteous service and address guest concerns.
