SRS Building Products - Waterford is seeking a reliable loader/driver helper to move roofing materials to and from rooftop worksites. You will assist with unloading, ensure adherence to safety standards, and help deliver materials to contractors efficiently on both flat and sloped roofs.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 100 lbs, willingness to work outdoors, and coordination with drivers.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Pass criminal and driving background checks and a pre-employment drug test.
• Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work at heights on rooftops.
• Forklift certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload roofing materials from delivery trucks.
• Follow safety guidelines and OSHA regulations at all times.
• Distribute materials onto flat and sloped roofs per safety rules.
• Operate conveyor belt systems where trained and certified.
• Verify and reconcile material orders accurately.
• Provide exceptional service to roofing contractors.
• Coordinate with drivers and teammates to optimize loading/unloading.
