SRS Building Products in Gainesville, FL is seeking a hardworking individual to join our team as a roofing materials loader. This role involves loading and unloading materials from delivery trucks, maintaining safety standards, and assisting roofing contractors on-site.

You will collaborate with drivers, verify orders, and help distribute materials onto rooftops while adhering to OSHA guidelines. The position is based outdoors, with potential for overtime during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass background checks and a pre-employment drug test.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work at heights.
• English proficiency; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload roofing materials from delivery trucks.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Distribute materials onto roofs per safety guidelines.
• Operate conveyors (where trained) to move materials to rooftops.
• Verify and reconcile material orders.
• Provide exceptional service to roofing contractors.
• Coordinate with drivers to streamline loading/unloading.
