Job summary

SRS Building Products - Ogden is hiring for a loading/unloading role on outdoor rooftops. You will transport roofing materials to and from delivery trucks, while upholding safety standards and efficient workflows.

The position emphasizes physical work outdoors, adherence to OSHA guidelines, and collaboration with drivers. High school diploma or equivalent is required; forklift certification is preferred and training may be provided.

Qualifications

• Proficient in safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
• Able to communicate clearly in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload roofing materials from delivery trucks using manual and mechanical methods.
• Ensure safety guidelines and procedures are followed at all times.
• Distribute materials onto flat and sloped roofs per safety guidelines.
• Operate conveyor belt systems where trained and certified to transport materials.
• Verify and reconcile material orders accurately.
• Provide excellent service to roofing contractors.
• Coordinate with drivers and team members to optimize loading/unloading processes.
