Job summary

SRS Building Products in Ogden, UT is seeking a material handler to load and unload roofing materials from trucks, move items to rooftops, and ensure safe, accurate distribution in outdoor working environments.

Ideal candidates maintain OSHA-compliant practices, operate basic equipment if trained, and are able to work Monday–Friday with potential overtime, in a team setting serving roofing contractors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship.
• Pass criminal and driving background checks and a pre-employment drug test.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Know OSHA guidelines and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload roofing materials from delivery trucks.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Distribute materials onto roofs per safety guidelines.
• Operate conveyor belts where trained and certified.
• Verify and reconcile material orders.
• Provide service to roofing contractors.
• Coordinate loading/unloading with drivers.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and company protocols.
