Job summary

SRS Building Products - Orlando is seeking a hands-on material loader to move roofing supplies to rooftops and worksites. You will ensure safe handling, accurate order verification, and cooperation with drivers to support timely job progress.

The role emphasizes OSHA safety, teamwork, and reliable performance in outdoor, rooftop environments. High school diploma or equivalent required, with prior forklift experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Experience with rooftop safety and OSHA guidelines is preferred.
• Background checks and a pre-employment drug test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload roofing materials from delivery trucks as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
• Distribute materials onto roofs following safety rules.
• Operate conveyor belt systems where trained and certified.
• Verify and reconcile material orders accurately.
• Provide excellent service to roofing contractors.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations and company protocols.
• Coordinate loading/unloading with drivers and team.
