Job description

Utilize your strength and reach new heights as a Rooftop Loader.

Rooftop Loader will support the Driver at the Branch by loading the truck and riding with the Driver to the job site to unload building materials safely and efficiently. The materials will be unloaded onto the roof with attention to the Roofing Contractors' needs and the homeowners' property. This role offers opportunities to learn about our industry, new equipment, and our business operations.

EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES:

• Experience and interest in a physically demanding, labor-intensive position, lifting up to 100 lbs. properly, repeatedly, and daily
• Comfort working on roofs and a lack of fear of heights
• Basic math skills for inventory counts; English verbal and written skills to read purchase orders and communicate effectively with team members
• Prior roofing industry experience is a plus
• Reliability, safety consciousness, and teamwork skills
• Availability to work Monday through Friday with opportunities for overtime during the busy season
• Positive attitude aligned with the "Make Money and Have Fun!" culture
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship for any length of time
• Ability to pass criminal and driving background checks and a pre-employment drug test
