Job description

Utilize your strength and reach new heights as a Rooftop Loader.

The Rooftop Loader will support the Driver at the Branch by loading the truck and riding with the Driver to the job site to unload building materials safely and efficiently. The materials will be unloaded onto the roof with attention to the Roofing Contractors' needs and the homeowners' property. This role offers opportunities to learn about our industry, new equipment, and business operations.

EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES:

• Experience and interest in working in a physically demanding, labor-intensive position lifting up to 100 lbs. properly, repeatedly, and daily.
• Comfort working on roofs and at heights.
• Basic math skills for inventory counts and English verbal and written skills to read purchase orders and communicate with team members.
• Prior roofing industry experience is a plus.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player.
• Work Monday through Friday with opportunities for overtime during the busy season.
• Adopt the "Make Money and Have Fun!" culture.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship.
• Able to pass criminal and driving background checks and a pre-employment drug test.
