Job description

Utilize your strength and reach new heights as a Rooftop Loader.

The Rooftop Loader will support the Driver at the Branch by loading the truck and riding with the Driver to the job site to unload building materials safely and efficiently. Materials will be unloaded onto the roof of the building, with attention to the Roofing Contractors' needs and the homeowners' property. This role offers opportunities to learn about our industry, new equipment, and business operations.

EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES:

• Experience and interest in a physically demanding, labor-intensive position involving lifting up to 100 lbs. properly, repeatedly, and daily.
• Comfort working on roofs and at heights.
• Basic math skills for inventory counts and English verbal and written skills to read purchase orders and communicate with team members.
• Prior roofing industry experience is a plus.
• Reliability, safety consciousness, and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime during the busy season.
• Adopt the mindset of the "Make Money and Have Fun!" culture.
• Authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass criminal background, driving checks, and a pre-employment drug test.
