Job summary

Knoop Rooftop Bar at Canopy by Hilton in downtown Grand Rapids is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join a busy rooftop kitchen. You will prepare menu items to defined recipes, maintain quality, and work closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in a culinary role preferred.

• Assist with daily food preparation and station setup.
• Maintain consistent food quality and portions.
