Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide menus.

• Adjust guest complaints as directed.
• Assign tasks for dining room staff for prompt service.
• Inspect serving stations for cleanliness.
• Train and mentor dining room employees.
• Handle end-of-shift responsibilities.
