Job summary

Onni Group is seeking a Rooftop Cinema Club RCC Attendant in Chicago to deliver friendly guest service, prep and serve cocktails, beverages, and food in a concession-style setup. You will keep the area clean, handle orders and payments, and assist with bussing and restocking during shows.

Applicants should have 2+ years in a fast-paced bar/restaurant, be 21+, and bring knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails. This is a dynamic, outdoors-friendly role with teamwork at its core.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a fast paced bar and/or restaurant.
• 21+ years of age due to alcohol service.
• 1+ year of experience in food or beverage service preferred.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Greet guests with a friendly and accommodating demeanor.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, canned beverages, and food items accurately.
• Record orders, process payments, and reconcile sales per shift using POS.
• Support bussing, food running, and restocking as needed.
• Set up and break down concessions area and seating before/after shows.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of service stations and guest areas.
• Communicate low stock or equipment needs to management.
• Know and follow all liquor laws and service standards.
