Job summary

Onni is seeking an RCC Attendant for the Rooftop Cinema Club in Chicago, IL. You will greet guests, prepare and serve cocktails, canned beverages, and food, and maintain cleanliness and flow of service during shows.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a fast-paced bar/restaurant, are 21+, and comfortable working outdoors. Training on liquor, POS and policies will be provided in a vibrant team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a fast paced bar and/or restaurant preferred.
• 21+ years of age due to alcohol service requirements.
• 1+ year of experience in food or beverage service preferred.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Available to work a variety of hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Greet guests warmly with a friendly, accommodating demeanor.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, canned beverages, and food items accurately.
• Record orders, process payments, and reconcile sales per shift using POS.
• Support bussing, restocking, and flow of service to maintain efficiency.
• Set up and break down concessions area and seating before/after shows.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of service stations and guest areas.
• Follow liquor laws and refuse service to intoxicated guests.
• Operate equipment safely and assist other departments as needed.
