Job summary

Baxter Hotel Group is opening two Hilton properties in downtown San Diego. The Rooftop Bartender PM Shift will set the vibe atop our 16th floor, serving drinks, engaging guests, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences during opening day and beyond.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of bartending, strong cocktail knowledge, and a friendly, proactive attitude. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a team-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years bartending experience.
• Hotel experience is a plus.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with a love for taking care of people.
• Solid knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Clear communication and strong people skills.

Responsibilities

• Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipes, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.
• Stock and organize bar supplies for seamless service.
• Use the point-of-sale system to handle cash and cards accurately.
• Manage inventory and ensure freshness and quality of beverages.
• Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
