Job summary

RMD Group is seeking a part-time Bartender in San Diego, CA to craft cocktails and deliver a high‑level guest experience. The role requires engaging guests, maintaining bar cleanliness, and processing transactions with Toast POS.

You will work part-time with an emphasis on guest satisfaction and beverage excellence. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of bartending experience, strong knowledge of cocktails and spirits, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Valid Food Handler Card and RBS certification (or ability to obtain).
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
