Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation, wine, beer, and spirits.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Experience with POS systems is preferred.
• Alcohol service certification and food handler certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, professional service.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Verify guest age and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws.
• Accurately ring in orders and process payments through the POS.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and restock as needed.
• Support servers with beverage orders and assist with opening/closing duties.
