Job summary

Shaner Hotels’ AC Hotel Dayton, located in the Water Street District of Dayton, Ohio, seeks a friendly Restaurant/F&B team member to join our on-site dining operation. The role involves taking orders, serving beverages and light meals, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in restaurant or Food & Beverage, ability to read safety rules, and strong communication with guests and staff. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or Food & Beverage field.
• Able to communicate clearly with guests, management, and co-workers.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe or food safety training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and light meals to guests, courteously and efficiently according to hotel specifications.
• Maintain stock, supplies and the cleanliness of the outlet and equipment.
• Ensure safety, compliance with procedures, and communicate with the General Manager and department staff.
