Grand Hyatt is seeking a Rooftop Bartender to craft cocktails and deliver hospitality excellence. You will manage bar operations, welcome guests warmly, and contribute to beverage revenue and brand experience across a high-volume setting.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and TIPS certification. This role requires age verification and cash handling, with opportunities to lead in a Lead capacity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• TIPS certification or equivalent required.
• Must meet all state and local age requirements for serving alcohol

Responsibilities

• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and drinks.
• Serve wine, beer, non-alcoholic beverages and food.
• Collect money for drinks served.
• Stock and replenish glasses, beverages, mixes, fruit, and guest supplies.
• Greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
• Assist Lead when required and supervise associates in absence of Supervisor.
