Grand Hyatt Nashville is seeking a Rooftop Bartender to deliver exceptional guest experiences through craft cocktails, wine and beverage service, and attentive hospitality. You will manage bar operations, handle cash, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere in a high-volume hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• TIPS certification or equivalent required.
• Experience as a bartender in hotel, bar, or restaurant environment preferred.
• Experience with cash handling, POS systems, and bar setup/teardown is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and drinks.
• Serve wine, beer, non-alcoholic beverages and food.
• Handle transactions and collect money for drinks.
• Stock and replenish supplies, display bottles attractively.
• Wash glasses and bar equipment; maintain cleanliness.
• Greet guests warmly and provide hospitality; lead when needed.
