Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts' InterContinental Indianapolis is seeking an Astrea Rooftop Bar Server for weekend, part-time availability. You will greet guests, take orders, and promote specials while delivering exceptional service in an upscale rooftop setting.

The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; training and uniform are provided along with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relative experience required.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
• Reading, writing and basic math skills are required.
• Flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with exceptional service to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Greet guests, take cocktail and food orders, and answer menu questions.
• Explain specials and promotions and suggest menu pairings.
• Ensure station is set up/clean and close out checks promptly.
