Job summary

Rust-Oleum is seeking a seasoned Roofing Warranty Supervisor to oversee repair crews and field resources on commercial projects. You will review inspection reports, warranty terms, and project specs to define repair scope, then guide field teams to meet safety and quality standards.

Regular travel to job sites is required, with strong knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, and diagnostic methods. OSHA training and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial roofing field experience.
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, etc.).
• Ability to read plans, specs, warranty documents, and reports.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warranty repair crews, service technicians, subcontractors, and field resources.
• Review inspection reports, warranty terms, project specs, and repair history before work begins.
• Validate repair scopes in the field and ensure work addresses the documented condition.
• Ensure repairs meet manufacturer requirements, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Monitor productivity, material usage, weather constraints, and site conditions to stay on schedule.
• Provide technical direction for repairs on membrane systems, flashings, seams, and related components.
