Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services seeks an On-Site Supervisor for a local roofing company to oversee installation, safety, and post-job cleanup. You will coordinate with crews and subcontractors, monitor schedules, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Requirements include 1–2 years in project management or site supervision, plus construction experience and OSHA knowledge. Proficiency in English (Spanish preferred) is a plus; flexible hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Understanding of OSHA requirements and safety compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a subcontracting crew.
• Ability to resolve problems and handle customer concerns effectively.
• Experience with CRM software such as AccuLynx.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize 1–2 jobs per day to ensure customer satisfaction during installation.
• Collaborate with management to maintain documented schedules.
• Manage daily schedules to meet deadlines.
• Take on-site inventory and monitor supplies.
• Educate team on job needs and status for customers.
• Complete final walkthrough with homeowners.
