The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in roofing with 1 year in supervision, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to manage client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' roofing industry experience with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and ability to manage client relationships.
• Highly organized and proactive with problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced construction environment and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and enforce subcontractor quality standards, including inspecting seams, penetrations, tie-ins, and ensuring work is completed without temporary measures.
• Maintain job site housekeeping and ensure compliance with company safety standards.
• Manage daily inventory of materials and Best Roofing equipment; ensure proofs of delivery are submitted to the Construction Manager.
• Serve as the primary onsite contact for subcontractors, consultants, city inspectors, and clients.
• Provide daily project progress updates, including photos and videos, to the project team.
• Maintain company equipment and assigned vehicles, ensuring necessary fuel, oil, and maintenance supplies are available.
• Coordinate crane and dumpster schedules with the Construction Manager.
• Enforce Best Roofing subcontractor apparel and safety policies.
• Record daily work hours accurately.
• Attend Best Roofing University training sessions and apply learning from "The 31 Steps of the Construction Project."
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project success.
