CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s largest commercial roofing contractor, seeks a Roofing Service Sales Representative in Baton Rouge to join our sales team. This full-time role combines base salary with commission, offering a year-end compensation target of $75k–$100k for a driven self-starter who can develop estimates and grow our business.

• Prior construction or industrial sales experience is required.
• Commercial roofing knowledge is required.
• Estimator experience in roofing is preferred.
• Ability to grow market share in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and sales-tracking abilities.
• Excellent time management and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Self-generating opportunities, prospecting, cold calling.
• Marketing your efforts through cold calling, site inspections, generating proposals, and selling commercial/industrial roofing projects.
• Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed; prepare progress reports for management.
• Visit client's facility, build business relationships and present information about CentiMark Corporation.

We have an exceptional opportunity for an additional full-time Roofing Service Sales Representative to support our Sales Teams in Baton Rouge. We are looking for an individual that is a self-starter and energetic to develop estimates and grow our business for our fast-paced, multi-faceted commercial company.

Year-end compensation (Base Salary + Commission) is $75k - $100k.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required
