Job summary

CE Reeve – A Tecta America Company in Indianapolis is seeking a Service Sales Estimator to sell to new and existing clients, schedule sales appointments, and develop written proposals.

You will estimate roofing service needs from site inspections to produce a scope of work, pricing for materials and labor, and a professional proposal; this role reports to the Service Manager and requires building rapport with clients.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing sales or 10+ years field experience.
• MS Office and MS Project experience.
• Previous estimating experience helpful.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Set sales appointments with key decision makers at prospective client companies.
• Establish rapport and develop long-term business relationships with clients.
• Make sales presentations and partner with clients to establish their needs.
• Present clients with the most appropriate solutions.
• Create proposals and reports for clients or generate estimates from blueprint drawings, specifications, field notes, drawings, and inspections depending on client needs.
• Submit all contacts and documentation in a timely manner; maintain sales call logs.
• Follow up with clients on a periodic basis to ensure that their expectations are being met and to get referrals.
