Advanced Roofing, Inc. is seeking a Roofing Service Foreman to lead our commercial service team.

This role is hands-on, guiding service operations from start to finish, evaluating repairs, developing estimates, coordinating crews, and handling emergency calls while ensuring safety and quality. You will serve as the primary customer contact on site, drive field operations, and mentor crews in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial roofing service experience.
• 3–5 years' experience leading commercial roofing service crews.
• Age 18+ requirement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee safety and OSHA compliance.
• Develop and maintain good customer communication and relations.
• Operate Advanced Access job management program.
• Operate and maintain company equipment such as vehicles and tools.
• Be available for after-hours emergency leak calls (24/7).
• Obtain gate keys for on-call situations and for assigned service vehicle.
• Keep trucks stocked and cleaned inside and out.
• Track payroll records for your team and report to payroll coordinator.
• Record site visits and customer signatures in required systems.
• Report safety injuries/accidents immediately to supervisor/HR.
• Utilize manufacturer-approved repair techniques.
• Complete daily assignments with proper paperwork.
