Job summary

Advanced Roofing, Inc. is seeking a Roofing Service Leadman for full-time on-site work. You will locate leaks, perform professional roof repairs, and coordinate with customers and the General Contractor on larger scopes, using various roof systems (BUR, EPDM, TPO, Tile, etc.).

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of commercial roofing experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in extreme weather conditions. We offer a pet-friendly environment and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• The Roofing Service Leadman locates leaks and performs professional roof repairs in a safe, timely manner.
• Complete defined scope projects and preventative maintenance activities.
• Knowledge of roof systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO/PVC Membranes, Tile, Shingles, Coating, Metal Roof).
• Decide what to repair and how to fix the leak; communicate findings to customers.
