You will handle defined scope projects, oversee paperwork, coordinate with general contractors, and ensure quality work across BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO/PVC, Tile, Shingles, and metal roofs. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required.
• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work at heights and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Locate leaks and perform roof repairs in a safe, timely manner.
• Complete defined scope projects and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with General Contractor for larger scopes of work.
• Document communications and paperwork with customers.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles in good condition.
