100Hires, Inc. is seeking an experienced Roofing Service Foreman in Michigan to lead a small service crew and perform hands-on leak repairs. You will diagnose issues, document conditions with photos, and coordinate with building owners and facility managers to ensure quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes service work over large production installs, with opportunities for overtime and growth within a national roofing company.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of commercial roofing service experience, including repairs and diagnostics.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Comfort using a mobile device for photos, inspections, and service reporting.
Strong safety awareness and working knowledge of OSHA requirements.
Experience leading or mentoring a small crew is preferred.

Responsibilities

Find and repair leaks on commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal, and related systems.
Lead and work alongside 1-2 service crew members.
Inspect roofs, document conditions, take photos, and develop repair scopes.
Communicate clearly and professionally with building owners, facility managers, and internal teams.
Use mobile service applications to document inspections and completed repairs.
Identify additional service or repair needs when you see them.
Participate in on-call rotation and emergency response as needed.
Work safely and follow OSHA requirements and company safety procedures.
